The Bachelor of Arts in Applied Management is a three-stage management programme designed specifically for people working in, or seeking first line management positions in Human Services and Nonprofit organisations.

The programme consists of key subjects that will equip people with the knowledge and skills to manage and lead confidently and effectively in the modern professional person-centred service.

An approved HETAC award is conferred on successful completion of each stage in the programme. A certificate for year one, a higher certificate for year two; and the third and final year is the Bachelor of Arts, which is placed at level 7 on the National Framework of Qualifications.

The Higher Certificate in Applied Management is designed specifically as an add-on programme for holders of the Certificate or an equivalent qualification from another third level educational institution. While studying the Higher Certificate, managers will further develop key knowledge and sklils whlie exploring in-depth management issues from the perspective of the Human Services/Nonprofit sector.
