Pitman Training - FETAC Awards
Pitman Training are delighted to announce that the Further Education Training and Awards Council (FETAC) have approved and accredited all Pitman Training Centres in Ireland to provide FETAC Awards.
The Further Education and Training Awards Council (FETAC) is the national awarding body for further education and training in Ireland. It was set up in 2001 by the Minister of Education and Science under the Qualifications (Education and Training) Act, 1999.
FETAC offers you the chance to further your education and at Pitman Training we provide really worthwhile courses where you gain excellent training, skills and qualifications designed specifically to help you in the career you choose. This applies whether you are starting from scratch in a new career area or continuing your training to develop skills in your current job.

We are now offering training courses at Pitman Training Centres that will enable you to study for the following FETAC examinations:
- Audio Transcription – B20147
- Data Entry – B10136
- Manual & Computerised Payroll - B20138
- Spreadsheets – B20028
- Text Production – B20141
- Word Processing – B20032
If you are studying for a Pitman Training Diploma you will also have the chance to gain FETAC certification as part of your course in one or more of the FETAC qualifications. Terms and conditions apply and your local Pitman Training Advisor will provide you with more information on this.
Our courses are tailored for Individuals and Organisations alike. Many Pitman Training Centres are also FAS approved and our FETAC accreditation means we offer programmes leading to FETAC awards in the National Framework of Qualifications.
