Accountancy

The School of Professional Accountancy at Independent Colleges has been awarded the ACCA Platinum Approved Learning Partner status, which is the highest academic teaching status awarded by the professional body. The school has achieved over 43 placings in Ireland, in the last five examination sittings, including two first in the world prize winners, and has received an overwhelming response from the ACCA student community since its inception in February 2008.

The school offers intensive programmes leading to qualifications in professional accountancy exams for the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and Certified Public Accountants (CPA).

The School also prepares students to sit for the exams of the Diploma in Accounting and Business awarded by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants(ACCA) and also a Diploma in International Financial Reporting (DipIFR).

Our programmes are offered on a part-time or full-time basis and are designed to help you distinguish yourself from other accounting, finance and marketing professionals- by providing not only a professional qualification, but also the practical skills for which employers search.

Lectures will be delivered from our state-of-art lecturing facilities on 60-63 Dawson Street, Dublin 2 and Gresham Metropole Hotel in Cork.
