In response to growing demand for postgraduate opportunities in emerging areas, Griffith College has extended its portfolio of programmes
Mairead Murphy, Deputy Admission/Marketing Manager, Griffith College Dublin
As the world-wide economic crises continues to bite, increasing numbers of graduates are seeking to remain in third level education to pursue postgraduate progression paths.
This is in contrast to what once were the more popular options of either a gap year abroad or pursuing professional careers in advance of committing to an MA or MSc.
In addition, professionals are upskilling, diversifying and challenging themselves in this regard, in order to compete with these highly qualified graduates.

Griffith College is committed to supporting all student types through the provision of an extensive range of continuing and new postgraduate programmes. In response to growing demand for postgraduate opportunities in emerging areas, Griffith College has extended its portfolio of programmes to include:
- LLM in International Law (General, Commercial Law & Human Rights Law
- MA in Journalism (HETAC)
- MSc. in Applied Digital Media (HETAC)
- MSc./MBA in Accounting and Financial Management (NTU)
- MSc/MBA in International Business Management (NTU/HETAC)
- Tripartite MSc in Berlin, Paris & Dublin
- Higher Diploma in Computing
- PG Diploma in Computing Science (Networking, Software Eng. & Info. Management) leading to an MSc. in Computing Science.
Applicants should consult Griffith’s website www.gcd.ie or download a prospectus for further information.
These new developments are designed to compliment Griffith College’s existing diverse range of undergraduate offerings in Law, Business & Accounting and Computing Science as well as its extensive portfolio of undergraduate creative programmes in the areas of Media, Photography, Interior Architecture, Interior Design & Fashion Design.
The postgraduate programmes have been developed in such a way as to offer students flexible educational pathways in terms of individual module accreditation, embedded awards, exit stages and varying modes of delivery according to the specific requirements of students.
Griffith College also continues to offer its wide range of undergraduate, professional and short term evening programmes through flexible delivery modes that include part time evening classes, block release, weekend and distance learning options.
Whatever your personal, professional or financial circumstances, the Admissions/Marketing personnel of Griffith College can provide you with an educational pathway best suited to your requirements.
